You may be in a perfect situation to capitalize. Platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo have seen explosive growth since they started and they're not expected to slow down. As more and more travelers look to houses and apartments to rent on a short-term basis (under 30 days), those with an operational Airbnb are enjoying a serious side income. In many cases, the income meets or exceeds their yearly salary from their full-time jobs.


If you have a property that is vacant, semi-vacant, or in a long-term rental situation, reach out to us to see if converting it to an STR makes sense.
